2021 Virtual Conference FAQs

What will the Conference look like this year?

Though virtual, this year’s conference will still feature ​important skill-building sessions and workshops, world-class performances, networking opportunities, and exhibits. Conference activities will take place via Zoom January 11 – 15, 2021 from late morning to early evening Eastern time.

Who can attend the Conference?

All CMA Members can attend the conference free of charge.

What if I’m not a CMA Member?

CMA is offering one-year Pay-What-You-Can memberships in response to the economic conditions resulting from COVID-19. It has never been easier to take advantage of CMA’s programs and resources.

How do I register for the Conference?

Conference Registration will take place through Eventbrite.

How will I access the Conference activities?

All Conference activities will take place via Zoom. Please make sure you have the latest version of the software downloaded on your computer or device.

How do I register for individual sessions and events?

You do not need to register separately for each activity. Conference registrants will have access to all conference activities including keynotes, sessions, showcases, exhibits, and networking activities.

Where can I learn more about the Conference content?

Please check this website frequently. The conference content and schedule are being finalized, and details will be available in the coming weeks. Additionally, conference events and news will be announced in CMA’s Accent newsletter and on social media.
