Cellist and somatic psychotherapist Dana Fonteneau is the creator of the WholeHearted Musician™, a business dedicated to helping individuals, ensembles, and artistic organizations with career coaching, mediation, business development, and enhancing peak performance on stage. A former concert cellist and avid chamber musician, Fonteneau has a B.M. and M.M. from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she also served on the faculty of the Preparatory and Adult Extension Divisions. She is the author of It’s Not (JUST) About the Gig (2016), and has written for Strings and Chamber Music magazines, and San Francisco Classical Voice.
